Welcome to Ultimate Truck Simulator, developed by NejaTech Private Limited. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. License

NejaTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, or unauthorized software.
• Attempt to interfere with the Game's services or security.
• Copy, distribute, or sell any part of the Game without permission.
• Violate any applicable laws while using the Game.

3. Virtual Items & Currency

The Game may include virtual trucks, upgrades, cosmetics, rewards, and virtual currency.

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are securely processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.

5. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements, including optional rewarded ads that provide in-game rewards. Viewing rewarded ads is always voluntary.

6. Updates & New Content

We may release updates that include new trucks, maps, missions, gameplay improvements, balancing changes, bug fixes, or seasonal content. Some updates may require installing the latest version of the Game.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, logos, UI, sounds, music, maps, vehicles, animations, and source code, is owned by NejaTech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NejaTech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Game, including loss of progress, virtual items, or data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
